Healing the Wounded Heart

Healing the Wounded Heart is a four-session small group trauma training for ministers to the incarcerated. This training will prepare ministers to lead small groups of incarcerated persons in learning how to respond to their life trauma.
This program is a new Catholic version based on the book, Healing The Wounds of Trauma: How The Church Can Help. This adaptation for prisoners will allow ministers to reflect on their own experiences and responses to trauma, while integrating principles of mental health and Catholic spirituality.
Attendance for all sessions is mandatory. Ministers must have access and be able to facilitate two small groups in their correctional setting upon completion of the training.

November 10-11 & November 17-18
12 Noon-4 pm (ET), 11 am-3 pm (CT), 9 am-1 pm (PT)
