Please include the following in your submission:
- Contact info – for the submitter of the ad. This will not appear in your ad – it’s just in case we have a question. Please include an email address too.
Your confirmation of submission will be sent to this email address. - Billing information – a complete name and address where we will send the invoice. Billing info must include:
- Company/Organization Name
- Contact name (Attn: )
- Street Address
- City, State, Zip Code
- Phone # of the person the invoice will be emailed to
- Email address to send invoice to
- Name, phone #, and email address of person placing the PA-Ad
- Req, PO, or Insertion Order number
- Ad rates (by word count), along with detailed instructions for ad submission, are on a separate page (click here).
- The title of the position, as well as city/state location (if applicable).
- The text of the ad.
- Any additional notes, such as instructions for displaying the ad (bullets, spacing, boldface headers, etc.) — note that our ads are text only: No images or logos.
You will receive email confirmation (including word count and the cost to run your ad) before the ad is posted. This email will be sent as a reply to the address used to submit the ad unless specific alternate instructions are provided. New ads are posted on Thursdays (excepting holidays). Ads run for 60 days from the date posted.
