Pastoral Care Week gives opportunities for organizations and institutions of all kinds and types to recognize the spiritual caregivers in their midst and the ministry which the caregivers provide.
This year’s theme is Chaplaincy and Mental Health: It’s Healthy to Get Help
At the beginning of the week we will send out a link for sharing and viewing others’ best practices in Chaplaincy, Mental Health, and Self-Care.
NACC Morning Prayer and Blessing
A video will arrive via email to begin the week in a mindful place.

Virtual Career Fair during Pastoral Care Week
On October 25th and 26th, the NACC will be hosting a free virtual career fair for individuals who are interested in exploring the world of chaplaincy. Participants will hear from NACC members who work in a variety of settings (including healthcare facilities, hospice care centers, police/fire stations and more) to help individuals discern their vocational call. This event is one of many ways the NACC is reigniting its relationship with its Education Collaborators. The Virtual Career Fair is being marketed specifically to the students of these collaborators to bring a greater awareness to chaplaincy and to help them discern their vocational call.
