Important Dates and Policies

Registration and Admission Policy

Registration for the 2019 Conference is limited and attendance will be capped at 350 participants. Register early to secure your spot. There will be no onsite registration, so if you wish to attend you will need to pre-register. Only registered individuals with a name badge may attend Conference educational sessions. Registrations will not be accepted by phone. Please review the conference cancellation policy prior to registering for the conference.

  • December 2018: Sleeping room information will be available and rooming reservation system will open.
  • Mid-Late January 2019: Registration flyer  will be distributed to all NACC members.
  • Mid-Late January 2019: Conference registration opens.
  • Friday, March 15, 2019: Last postmark, fax, or online registration date for registrations eligible to receive the Early Bird registration rates. Those who are requesting checks from their institutions to pay registration fees may register online or fax the registration form without payment in order to take advantage of the Early Bird rate. Payment must follow under separate cover by March 31, 2019, referencing the registration that has already been submitted. Early Bird registrations that are not paid in full by March 31, 2019 will be cancelled. Those whose registrations have been cancelled will need to re-register for the conference utilizing the prevailing rates available at the time of registration.
  • Friday, April 19, 2019: Last postmark date to receive registrations (with payment) by mail, fax, or online. All registrations that are not paid in full by April 19, 2019 will be cancelled.
  • Wednesday, May 8, 2019: Last date to book room reservations at special conference prices (if not previously sold out) at one of the conference sleeping room locations (Doubletree, USML, Stritch, Marymount). After this date, all locations will not hold our room block; therefore, these rates and availability of rooms will not be guaranteed. A limited number of rooms are available so make reservations early. Confirm your arrival and departure dates when you register. Reservations and payment for sleeping rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton will be taken directly by the hotel. Reservations and payments for sleeping rooms at USML, Cardinal Stritch or Marymount will be taken by the NACC National Office. Payment for lodging must be received in FULL by May 15, 2019. If full payment is not received by May 15, 2019, the room reservation will be cancelled. Please see below cancellation policy for reservations at USML, Cardinal Stritch, and Marytown.

 

Cancellation Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. 

  • Pre-Conference Workshops and Day of Reflection: Written cancellations must be received by Friday, April 19, 2019 to receive a refund (minus $25 processing fee). After this date, no registration will be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for inclement weather affecting travel. All written refund requests will be processed within 45 days after the conference.
  • Conference Registration: Written cancellations must be received by Friday, April 19, 2019 to receive a refund (minus a $75 processing fee). After this date, no registration will be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for inclement weather affecting travel. All written refund requests will be processed within 45 days after the conference.
  • Sleeping Room Reservations (USML, Joseph & Mary, Marytown): Written cancellations must be received by Wednesday, May 8, 2019 to receive a refund (minus a $25 processing fee). After this date, no reservations will be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for inclement weather affecting travel. All written refund requests will be processed within 45 days after the conference.
  • Sleeping Room Reservations (Doubletree by Hilton): If you wish to cancel, please do so 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Requests for cancellation should be made by  to be made by contacting the Doubletree by Hilton (1-847-949-5100).
