Conference Center Lodging & Registration [Building 300 (E)]
- Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please ensure to return your keys in order to avoid a key fee of $150 per set.
- If an early check-in or late check-out is needed, an additional room fee may apply.
- Conference Center Lodging is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm; doors to the Lodge are locked at 11:00 pm. For those arriving outside of these hours, upon arrival guest should call the USML Public Safety at 847-970-4815. Public Safety will open the Lodge and direct the guest to the registration desk. The guest’s key will be at the registration desk in an envelope labeled with the guest name.
- Double occupancy – two beds per room
- A desk and dresser, private bathrooms, free wi-fi.
- Towels are provided, but guests should bring their own toiletries and hair dryer. Courtesy ones are available at the Front Desk should a guest forget these items.
- Iron & board is available for guest use in the 1st Floor Laundry room.
- Access to the Conference Center Living Room is available to all guests to read, relax and converse. The Conference Center Living room also houses a television, two computers, printer as well as a 24-hour complimentary beverage bar, which includes coffee, teas, soda and water available for guests. Newspapers are also available daily.
- Quiet Hours for the Lodge and Meeting Hall are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Parking – all guests can park, or have their shuttle drop them off, in the Purple Parking Lot. Shuttle buses should enter the campus through the main entrance – Route 45 entrance. (Map showing entrance and parking)

The Joseph and Mary Retreat House (aka Cardinal Stritch Retreat House) ~ 1300 Stritch Drive, Mundelein, IL 60060
- Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time on the day of departure is at your leisure.
- The retreat house doors are unlocked between 7:00 a.m and 7:00 p.m. Guests arriving outside these hours will need to use a “code” to enter the building. This code will be provided to all guests via email prior to the conference.
- Upon arrival, there will be a sign-in sheet with names and room numbers in the reception area. The rooms will be open and the key is in the top drawer of the desk.
- Queen size beds – single guest occupancy
- Private bathrooms, recliner and desk (with drawers), Internet access and wifi
- Towels are provided but guests should bring their own toiletries and hair dryer.
- Please note that rooms do not have alarm clocks.
- Our library contains reading materials to enhance your stay.

The Marytown Franciscan Retreat Center ~ 1600 W Park Avenue, Libertyville IL 60048
- Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- If an early check-in or late check-out is needed, an additional room fee may apply.
- Reception is open until 4:30 p.m. and the building is open until 8:00 p.m. Those guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. should contact the NACC national office (jannunziato@nacc.org) to provide your arrival date/time so specific instructions can be provided to you for check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Attendees staying at USML, Joseph & Mary Retreat House, Marytown: All cancellations must be made in writing. Written cancellations must have been received by Wednesday, May 8, 2019 to receive a refund (minus a $25 processing fee). After this date, no reservations will be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for inclement weather affecting travel. All written refund requests will be processed within 45 days after the conference.
Attendees staying at the Doubletree by Hilton: If you wish to cancel, please do so 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Requests for cancellation should be made by contacting the Doubletree by Hilton (1-847-949-5100).
