What are the dates of the conference?
- Friday, May 31, 2019 – Monday, June 3, 2019
(conference begins at 2:30 pm on Friday and ends at 1:15 pm on Monday) - Pre-Conference Day of Reflection: Thursday, May 30, 2019 – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (cost is $80 – lunch and transportation included)
- Pre-Conference 6-Hour Formation/Training Programs: Thursday, May 30, 2019 – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (cost is $75)
- Pre-Conference Workshops: Friday, May 31, 2019 – 8:15 am – 12:15 pm (cost is $50 each)
What are the start and end times of the conference?
The conference begins at 2:30 pm on Friday, May 31, 2019 and concludes at 1:15 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019.

Where is the conference being held?
The conference site is the University of St. Mary of the Lake Conference Center, 1000 E. Maple Avenue, Mundelein, IL. For more information click here.
How can I make a reservation for a sleeping room?
The NACC is offering four (4) options for accommodations for attendees of the NACC National Conference and/or the NALM Conference:
- University of St. Mary of the Lake (USML)
- Joseph and Mary Retreat House (formerly known as Cardinal Stritch Retreat House)
- Marytown Franciscan Retreat Center
- Doubletree by Hilton Hotel

What are the Sleeping room rates?
The room rates depend on which accommodation option you select. You need to reserve your room by May 8, 2019 in order to be eligible for any special conference rate.

What is the reservation deadline to secure the special conference rates?
You need to reserve your room by Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in order to be eligible for the discounted group rate. If rooms are sold out before this date we cannot guarantee the special conference rate. Please see this page.
Do you have a roommate referral service?
The NACC is offering a referral service. Please visit our roommate referral page for more information or to sign up.
When will registration packets be mailed?
Registration packets will be mailed in late January/early February. The registration brochure and registration forms are also available online.
I didn’t get my brochure and I don’t know how to use the website. How can I request one?
Email the NACC office at conference@nacc.org with your name and address and we will mail one to you.
Can non-NACC members attend and what is their registration fee?
Non-members can and are encouraged to attend. The NACC offers a Non-member registration rate. Visit our website to learn about the registration types and registration rates .
How do non-members receive registration materials?
Non-members can download the registration flyer and forms from the website or email the NACC office at conference@nacc.org with your name and address and we will mail one to you.
What is the cost of registration?
There are many different registration rates available including Early Bird, Student, and Daily Registration. We have a NACC Member rate and a Non-member rate. If you are a NACC member you will register at the NACC Member rates. If you are NOT a member of NACC, you will register at the Non-member rate.

Are there specific deadlines for the different registration rates?
The Early Bird Registration deadline is: Friday, March 15, 2019. Early Bird registrations that are not paid in full by March 31, 2019 will be cancelled. Those whose registrations have been cancelled will need to re-register for the conference utilizing the prevailing rates available at the time of registration.
Full registrations apply to those postmarked after: Friday, March 15, 2019.
Friday, April 19, 2019 is the last date to receive registrations (with payments) by mail, fax, or online. All registrations that are not paid in full by April 19, 2019 will be cancelled.

What meals are included with registration?
Early Bird, Full, and Student registration include the following meal tickets:
- Friday: Dinner
- Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Awards Dinner
- Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Monday: Breakfast, Lunch
Daily registration includes the meals for the day as outlined above.
All meals will be held at the University of St. Mary of the Lake (USML) Dining Hall.
What payment methods do you offer for conference registration?
We accept check, money order, or credit cards (all in US Funds). Please note the NACC accepts Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.
How do I register for the conference?
The NACC conference has online registration. Through the online registration system, you can select to register and pay with a credit card (Visa, Discover, or Mastercard) OR you can register online and then send us a check/money order in the mail. The NACC also accepts paper registration forms with a check/money order sent in the mail.

When using the online registration portal NACC members will need to log in to receive the member rate. Your username for logging in is your NACC membership number. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the “forgot my password” feature to have a new one sent to you. If you experience any difficulties logging in, please contact the NACC office at conference@nacc.org to request assistance.
Do I have to register for the conference before I reserve my sleeping room?
No, you can register for the conference and reserve your room later. Please not that space is limited, so register early.
Will you be offering Scholarships?
A limited number of scholarships will be available from the NACC. Click here for more information.
Do you need volunteers?
We will need many volunteers to ensure a successful conference. You can complete the volunteer form online when you register OR complete a paper volunteer form and return it with your conference registration form by mail. Forms are on this page.
What is the NACC’s conference registration and sleeping room reservation cancellation policies?
All policies can be found on our website. Review before you register for the conference.
Are continuing education hours available for the conference?
All plenary sessions, pre-conference events, and 90-minute workshops are eligible for NACC Continuing Education Hours. The NACC has approved the 2019 conference for a total of 15.25 continuing education hours (this does not include attendance at any optional events).
Participants will receive a certificate detailing this information at the conference.
