Grief is the normal response to any significant loss. If we love, we will surely grieve at some point in our life. This workshop will focus on the normal course of grief, how it affects us on every level, and how faith can keep us from despair. We will discuss how our own grief, when processed in a healthy manner, can impact our ministry in a positive way.
As a result of this workshop, participants will:
- Understand the normal grief process and how it affects us emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
- Be able to articulate the role of faith in the journey through grief.
- Gain insight as to how our own grief impacts our ministry.
