A workplace infused with spirituality can strengthen employee engagement and deepen individual and communal satisfaction with work. In this workshop, we will present a “recipe” for spirituality in the workplace and explore dimensions of workplace culture in depth. The rubric is adaptable to varied care locations as well as business centers, and is inclusive of faith diversity. Experiential exercises are designed to help participants make workplace assessments and generate ideas for change.
As a result of this workshop, participants will:
- Describe three components of workplace spirituality.
- Identify methods for integrating workplace spirituality into care centers and organizational culture.
- Assess areas of growth and areas of strength in participants’ own workplace culture.
