Registration and Admission Policy
Only registered individuals with a name badge may attend retreat sessions. Registrations will not be accepted by phone. Please review the conference cancellation policy prior to registering for the conference.
- Monday, March 13, 2023: Retreat registration opens.
- (Extended to) Sunday, May 7, 2023 : Last postmark date to receive registrations (with payment) by mail or online. All registrations that are not paid in full by May 1, 2023 will be cancelled.
Sleeping Room Reservation Policy
- (Extended to) Sunday, May 7, 2023: Last date to book room reservations at special conference prices (if not previously sold out) at either sleeping room location (USML or Doubletree). After this date, neither location will not hold our room block; therefore, these rates and availability of rooms will not be guaranteed. Confirm your arrival and departure dates when you register. Register early!
Cancellation Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Registration: Written cancellations must be received by Monday, May 1, 2023 to receive a refund (minus a $50 processing fee). After this date, no registration will be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for inclement weather affecting travel. All written refund requests will be processed within 60 days after the conference. Please email cancellation to: conference@nacc.org noting your full name and reason for cancellation.
- Sleeping Room @ USML: Written cancellations must be received by Monday, May 1, 2023 to receive a refund (minus a $25 processing fee). After this date, no reservations can be refunded. Refunds cannot be made for inclement weather affecting travel. All written refund requests will be processed within 60 days after the conference. Please email cancellation to: conference@nacc.org noting your full name and reason for cancellation.
- Sleeping Room @ Doubletree: Please call and cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your check in date to receive a refund.
