Instructions
This portal will be open for six weeks prior to the Board Certification Application deadline. Please be sure that your files follow the file naming conventions in the Checklist and that all your files have been converted to a PDF format.
All application documents need to be uploaded at one time. Please be sure to have all of your documents completed before you begin. You will need your NACC member number and the documents listed on pages 3-5 in the Checklist.
Upon successful upload, you will receive a SUCCESS message. If your submission is incomplete, you will be prompted to fix the errors.
