1. 'For Members' section (Click here to see which pages and sections are for members only)
If you are already a member of the NACC, you are probably already registered to use the 'members only' sections of the website. Please try the following credentials before contacting us for help:
Note: If your membership is very new, you may need to go through the "register now" process.
Click here to go to the 'Members Only' section.
2. Vision login (for subscribers and members)
Use your membership number and password* to access the Vision Online.
To recover your password go to www.nacc.org/lost_your_password.asp. If you receive the error message "Sorry, we could not find that e-mail address in our member database" this means that the website login program does not have your email. Note that this does not mean the NACC itself does not have your email on file in our membership database. The two lists are separate. To fix this issue, send an email to pparadowski@nacc.org to request your password and to have your email registered on the website.
*or other credentials as provided when you subscribed.
3. Board Members' subsection of the site (must be a current member of the NACC Board of Directors)
4. Certification Commission's subsection of the site (must be a current member of the National Certification Commission)
The NACC website serves a lot of documents created using Microsoft Office software. We understand that not everyone has (or can afford) this software. To aid in downloading and viewing files from our site, please use Adobe Reader and/or Microsoft's free file viewers:
Word Viewer
(For .doc and .docx files)
Excel Viewer
(For .xls and .xlsx files)
Adobe Reader
(For .pdf files)
PowerPoint Viewer 2003
(for .ppt files)
General tip for opening web documents: if a link to a document (.doc, .docx, .pdf) won't open upon clicking, the simplest solution is to right-click on the link and select "Save Link As" (in Firefox) or "Save Target As" (in Internet Explorer)*, then save the file to your computer. Then open it directly from the saved file.
PDF files can prove especially vexing as they tend to behave differently in different browsers (and different configurations of the same browser). Also, large PDFs can lock up a web browser and result in a crash. To work around these problems, it may be best to right-click on the link to a .pdf file and select "Save Link As" (in Firefox) or "Save Target As" (in Internet Explorer)*, then save the file to your computer. Then open it directly from the saved file. Those using Firefox are strongly advised to install the "PDF Download" add-on which will allow you total control of PDF behavior in your browser.
* If using Safari on a Mac, hold down the Option key and then click the link.
