1. Assumes all responsibilities of the Chair as requested during the absence of the Chair.
2. Serves as the secretary for the 2009 PPC meetings.
3. Accumulates minutes and notes of all sub-committee meetings.
4. Electronically distributes all minutes and notes of the PPC on a timely basis.
5. In consultation with the 2009 PPC Coordinators, facilitates the identification, training and on-site coordination on volunteers for the conference.
6. Serves as an ex-officio member of the SSC Steering Committee.
7. Participates in all conference call meetings of the SCC, or as requested.
