Positions Available and CPE Residency ads are posted on the NACC website for 60 days. The website is updated weekly, and ads usually are posted within a week after they are received.
The ads are then published in the next available issue of Vision, a serial publication of the NACC. Vision is published six times a year. Click here to see publication deadlines.
Beginning in January 2009, Positions Available and CPE Residency ads will run only on the website, not in Vision. We have found that the fastest and most expeditious way to learn about position openings and to apply for them is through the NACC website.
We do not accept display ads or camera-ready logos or art. Postings appear as classified line ads. The following is a sample format for an ad:
The NACC charges a service fee for posting a Position Available ad. The minimum service fee is $225 (net) for under 100 words. Over that, each additional group of words up to 25 is another $25. There is no reduction in the fee for running an ad only on the website or only in Vision. There is also no reduction in the fee if there is a request to run the ad for less than 60 days on the website.
A photocopy as proof of publication (tear sheet) is mailed to the originator (institution or advertising agency) of the ad, along with an invoice shortly after the Vision is mailed (bulk mail).

Members of the NACC may place a Position Wanted ad for themselves without charge as a benefit of membership. The Position Wanted ad will appear on the website for 60 days and in the next available issue of Vision.
