Before you request your password

Please make sure you have checked the following:

• Try your default credentials. If you have never picked a new password, your assigned credentials will be: Username=NACC membership number; Password=last name in lower-case letters
• Check CAPS LOCK. Passwords are case-sensitive; last names must be typed in all lower-case letters
• Are you trying to access a page with specific credentials associated with it? If you are trying to access the Certification Application page, Interviewer Materials, Audio Conference materials, Board Member login, Certification Commission login, PC task force page, etc., your default member credentials will not log you in. You must have the username AND password for that webpage. These are generally provided in an email or other correspondence related to the task you are trying to do (for example, Audio Conference participants receive a username and password when registered for a conference. This enables them to download supplemental materials). Here's a list of the standard members-only pages that all members are able to access.

To obtain your password

If you need to recover your password, please send an email to webmaster@nacc.org with the subject line "Lost password". If you know your membership number, please include it in the email. If you do not know your membership number OR your password, please include your full name.
