Each year, the NACC selects a nonprofit agency near our conference location to receive a special donation from conference participants. This year, the local agency selected is Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless (AHCH). During the Sunday Lunch by State, conference participants will learn more about the ministry provided by AHCH and will have an opportunity to give to this worthwhile cause.
For 31 years, Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless (AHCH) has served the community as the only health care organization in Central New Mexico dedicated exclusively to providing integrated health care services to people experiencing homelessness. AHCH provides critical medical, behavioral, dental, and social services to over 7,000 men, women and children every year. By addressing the health-related causes of homelessness, AHCH makes it possible for people to find solutions to end their homelessness. The AHCH mission is to provide caring and comprehensive health and integrated supportive services, linking people experiencing homelessness to individual and collective solutions, and to be a leader in implementing innovative service models and a catalyst for solutions to homelessness and uphold a commitment to diversity and equity. Our vision is to live in a world that is just and without homelessness.
Checks can be made payable to Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless.
