Frequently Asked Questions

I have a degree from a foreign country. How can I verify if it meets the requirements for a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in the United States?

If you have a degree from an institution that is not in the United States, you should take your transcripts to the Registrar or Director of Admissions of a U.S. college or university. These institutions regularly review the credentials of foreign students entering their institutions. They employ professionals whose job it is to evaluate such materials. The institution will issue a letter explaining that the course work done in a foreign country is or is not equivalent to course work in the United States. Note that some institutions may charge a fee for this service.
