Student, Ministry Volunteer and Associate members are not eligible to receive a certification application.

If you are currently a Member of the NACC, have requested a certification application, and have received an acknowledgement with Username and Password from us, please click on the link below to access the certification application and materials.

If you are not currently a member of the NACC you will need to fill out and submit a membership application, before requesting a certification application.
